The team at Enlighten are supportive, fast and offer real world practical advise. They are always on the end of the phone and ensure that our HR services and documents are top noch. They have saved us hours of work preparing documents and are always there to bounce things of. Thank you for your support for us as new business owners.

We love Enlighten HR. As a small business they provide us with clear HR advice and documentation both of which are always bang up to date. There is a cost, but it is a tiny fraction of having a suitably qualified and trained person in-house. Added to which, because there is a team at Enlighten, they are never on holiday, never down with Covid and never suffer from any of the issues that their newsletters and updates warn me not to talk about.

We have worked with Enlighten HR for many years. As a small company, we find their support and advice invaluable when hiring staff and dealing with staff queries or contract changes. Their advice is clear and easy to understand and they are quick to respond when we need them. Debbie has been especially helpful with some recent staff changes. I would highly recommend Enlighten HR.

Alison and the team have been an amazing support over the last six years. As a small business owner this is a cost effective solution, which has worked perfectly for us. In moments of doubt, fear and stress the team were there, no long wait times for support and they know us, it's not a faceless service which many large corporate firms are. Alison your support has meant a lot to me, and I will always be grateful x
