Our Advice and Support service means that when they do, you have your own HR Business Partner to call. Someone who knows your business, understands your culture, and can give you a clear answer without a ticketing system, without being passed around, and without an hourly clock running.

Unlimited advice and support
You can call or email every day if you need to. Big questions, small ones, things you are not sure warrant a call at all. We are there for you. There is no limit on contact, no hourly billing, and no additional charge for advice that falls within your package.
Every client has a designated HR Business Partner. A named person who knows your business, your operating model, and where your pressure points are likely to be. Not a call centre. Not a generic helpline. Someone who is as close to being part of your team as it is possible to be without being on your payroll.

- Sickness absence: management, FIT notes, return-to-work processes, Bradford Factor reporting, when to escalate, and when to seek medical advice to support you with employee absence
- Performance management: raising concerns fairly, probation processes, documentation, appraisal processes, feedback loops, and appeals at every stage
- Flexible working requests: applications, meetings, outcomes, and appeals
- Family friendly rights: from the moment you are told an employee will be on statutory leave, right through to managing their return after such a life-changing event. Maternity, paternity, adoption, shared parental leave
- Disciplinary and grievance: what a fair process looks like, how to follow it, how to manage trade union representation, how to handle appeals, and how to implement outcomes
- Employment law updates: all updated for you ahead of implementation, with guides and blogs so you understand what has changed and why. We do the heavy lifting so you can focus on everything else
- Contracts and policy questions: amendments, variations, checking your documentation is current
- New appointments, managing key members of your team, moving offices, an employee threatening legal action, an ACAS letter arriving, and anything else that is keeping you up at night
Quarterly reviews
Every Advice and Support client receives a quarterly 1:1 call with their HR Business Partner. Over time, these reviews become something more than a check-in. We learn more about your business, we feel integrated into the team, and we start to notice things and advise on matters that can stretch beyond HR and employment law. That is what a genuine partnership looks like.
