Joining enlightenHR starts with a one-off set-up. We review your existing documentation, build your bespoke contracts and policies, transfer your people data onto Breathe and SharePoint, and carry out right to work checks via YotiSign. After set-up, your monthly retainer begins.

From that point, you can call or email every day if you need to. Your designated HR Business Partner knows your business, understands your culture, and is there for you whether the question is big, small, or somewhere in the middle.

  • A full bespoke suite of employment policies, kept up to date at no extra cost
  • Regular employment law updates, all prepared for you ahead of implementation

Package tiers: based on employee numbers

All tiers include the full feature set above. Your fee is fixed for twelve months.

  • Micro (1 to 10 employees): £199/month + VAT
  • Starter (11 to 20 employees): £390/month + VAT
  • Regular (21 to 50 employees): £580/month + VAT
  • Pro (51 to 100 employees): £1,210/month + VAT
  • Premium (101 to 150 employees): £1,490/month + VAT
  • Premium Plus (151+ employees): By arrangement

All prices + VAT. Fees are fixed for twelve months from enrolment or renewal. The Breathe element may be subject to review based on Breathe's own pricing.

New client set-up fee (one-off)

Every new Advice and Support client pays a one-off set-up fee.

This covers the full review and build of your documentation, Breathe set-up, demonstration and training, SharePoint configuration, and YotiSign right to work checks.

  • 1 to 10 employees: £680 + VAT
  • 11 to 20 employees: £840 + VAT
  • 21 to 50 employees: £940 + VAT
  • 51 to 100 employees: £1,250 + VAT
  • 101 to 150 employees: £1,475 + VAT
  • 151+ employees: By arrangement
