What is included

The Starter Pack includes: a bespoke contract of employment and new starter documentation, a full suite of employment policies built for where your business is right now, BreatheHR set-up and training with one year of platform access, right to work checks via YotiSign for your existing team, probation management forms and guidance, and a call with your designated HR Business Partner at six months and twelve months to check in on how things are going.

Nothing is off-the-shelf. Every document is built for your business, your roles, and your situation.

Why one-off?

The Starter Pack is a one-off investment, not a commitment to an ongoing retainer. It is designed for businesses that need to get their foundations right before they are ready for, or need, an ongoing HR partnership.

If you later find that HR questions are landing on your desk regularly, our Advice and Support retainer is the natural next step. Many Starter Pack clients make that move within the first year.

Is it right for my business?

If you have up to five employees, have never had formal HR documentation in place, or have been running on handshake agreements and contracts you printed from the internet, the Starter Pack is the right starting point.
