Two years ago, April joined enlightenHR and it was quickly apparent she is one of those people you can rely on, the calm organiser behind the scenes, the friendly voice clients recognise, and the person who keeps projects moving when things get busy.
Since then, she has supported our clients and our team across everything from day-to-day admin and coordination, to helping improve how we deliver our services. April’s experience across education, hospitality, and retail has given her a practical understanding of people, policies, and processes, and she brings that into her work every day.
Now, we are delighted to share that April is stepping into a new role as Head of Operations.
For April, this is an exciting next step, one that gives her the space to think more strategically and have a meaningful impact on how we support each other as a team, and how we support our clients. It also means more responsibility, more learning, and a chance to keep growing alongside an amazing team.
April has earned this move through the way she works, thoughtful, proactive, and focused on making things better, not just busier. We are grateful for the trust she has built internally and externally, and we are excited for what comes next as she helps shape the future of enlightenHR.
