We are delighted to welcome Megan Jones to the enlightenHR team as our new HR Officer.
Megan joins us with a strong foundation in business support and public sector operations, having previously worked within Families and Children’s Services at Wiltshire Council. In a busy local authority environment, she supported service delivery by coordinating documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring processes were followed in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
During her time with Wiltshire Council, Megan gained a qualification in Business Administration, developing valuable skills in office management, data handling, record keeping, compliance, and stakeholder communication. These are the practical strengths that make a real difference in HR, especially when businesses need things done properly, promptly, and with attention to detail.
Megan’s Psychology degree also supports her people focused approach and her understanding of behaviour and communication in the workplace. She is joining enlightenHR because our mission and values align with her long-standing passion for HR, and she is keen to build a long term career in the profession, gaining experience across a broad range of HR activities and employee support.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys long walks and Welsh Male Voice Choirs, which feels very fitting for someone who brings both energy and heart to what she does.
